Lothair Road

The transformation of this large, unmodernised Victorian family house next to Finsbury Park, north London, involved extending, damp-proofing, going back to brick and a sympathetic renovation throughout, highlighting original features where we could and restoring ones that had been removed.  We also extended down the side return to create a spacious kitchen/diner with new bi-folding doors leading out to the garden.
