8 Holland Street

Urban Paint & Build transformed a prestigious Grade I listed property in St James’ Park into a sophisticated gallery for design studio 8 Holland Street. The project involved a full strip-out of offices, kitchen, toilets and lobby across two floors, followed by replastering three large rooms, installing new wood flooring, and creating a bespoke reception. A  precision lighting scheme was introduced to showcase artworks, alongside full electrical upgrades. Every surface was hand-painted by brush to honour the building's heritage. Remarkably, this extensive three-month programme was completed in just 16 days displaying our exceptional efficiency.
